Restores the pre-2.5.0 feature of user points being displayed on the Users » Profile admin screen.

When an admin views the profile for a user, they have the option to edit the points values:

And when a regular user views it, they just see a table of how many points they have:

This feature was removed from WordPoints in 2.5.0 in favor of the new WordPoints » User Points admin screen. But this extension is provided in case some people still need to use the legacy behavior. This extension is not actively developed, it is only here for legacy purposes, and users are encouraged to use the new features provided by WordPoints instead.
